• Security deposit: 1200 + 150 for cleanliness

• The balance of the rent will have to be paid at the latest 15 days before the date of the beginning of the stay.

• Time slot for arrivals: between 4h30 pm and 7pm

• Departure time: before 10am

• The cleaning option is mandatory

• Before your stay, we ask you to present us with the "Holiday" insurance certificate (it is free of charge with your home insurance; you only need to apply for it for the duration of your stay)

• Before your visit, please specify the desired options

• We will send you a rental contract to sign and return it to us.

• Our animal friends are not accepted

• Non smoking accommodation but you can smoke on the terrace or in the garden
